In 1985 General Electric bought the old Burkeville United Methodist Church building and property. When they relocated Doors By Decora was commissioned to design, build and install stained glass windows for the new building. This small church had a very limited budget and Doors By Decora’s owner donated the window in the Prayer Room in memory of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin H. Jones of Elba, Alabama who had recently passed away of cancer. This was one of our first church jobs.
